Building Foundations for Deep, Sustainable Healing

Beginning therapy is a meaningful step.
It requires courage, honesty, and a willingness to build something different.

At Fearless Foundations Counseling, I offer highly individualized, specialized care for eating disorders and trauma. My practice is intentionally small and relational, allowing me to provide focused, attuned treatment rather than high-volume care.

Therapy here is not rushed. It is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in clinical depth.

Individual Therapy

Many of my clients choose extended sessions, particularly for trauma processing, EMDR, and eating disorder recovery. Having additional time allows us to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and move through material with steadiness and intention. This work deserves space.

50-minute session: $150
90-minute extended session: $175

EMDR Intensives

A Boutique, Immersive Trauma Treatment Experience

For some clients, weekly therapy feels too slow — especially when there is a specific trauma target or transition approaching.

EMDR intensives offer focused, immersive treatment blocks designed to create meaningful movement while still prioritizing nervous system safety.

Intensives may be appropriate if you:

  • Want to process a specific trauma
  • Are stepping down from residential or PHP/IOP care
  • Have limited weekly availability
  • Prefer concentrated, structured work
  • Are traveling within North Carolina for specialized care
Intensive Investment
3-Hour Intensive: $525
Half-Day (4 Hours): $700
Full-Day (6 Hours with breaks): $1,000

Each intensive includes:

  • A preparation and planning consultation
  • Structured EMDR processing
  • Stabilization and integration work
  • A personalized follow-up plan

These are offered on select days to preserve the quality and intentionality of the experience.

Insurance & Payment

Fearless Foundations Counseling, PLLC is an out-of-network practice.

This allows me to work in a way that protects your privacy and prioritizes clinical need rather than insurance limitations.

While I do not bill insurance directly, I provide detailed superbills that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement according to your out-of-network benefits.

Many clients receive partial reimbursement after meeting their deductible. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your specific out-of-network mental health coverage.

Payment is due at the time of service via secure electronic payment.

Why Out-of-Network?

Working outside of insurance panels allows for:

  • Greater confidentiality (no mandatory diagnostic reporting beyond what is clinically necessary)
  • Flexibility in session length and frequency
  • No imposed session limits
  • Deeper trauma and eating disorder work without restriction
  • Highly individualized treatment planning

This model supports autonomy, depth, and long-term change.

Eating Disorder & Collaborative Care

Eating disorder recovery often requires a team. When appropriate, I collaborate closely with:

  • Registered dietitians
  • Psychiatrists
  • Primary care providers
  • Higher levels of care

If you are transitioning from residential or intensive programs, we will build a plan that supports continuity and stability.

Recovery is not linear though it is possible! You do not have to navigate it alone.

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee. This policy protects the consistency and sustainability of care for all clients.

If illness or emergency circumstances arise, please reach out as soon as possible.

A Note About Investment

Therapy is not just a weekly appointment, it is an investment in building internal stability, self-trust, and freedom from patterns that no longer serve you.

If you are ready to begin, I invite you to schedule a consultation so we can determine whether this feels like the right fit.

Building a life that feels grounded and authentic begins here.
