What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—I’m here to make the process as supportive and clear as possible.

In our first session, I’ll get to know you and your goals. I’ll ask about your history, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. From there, we’ll create a plan that fits you—one that honors where you’ve been and where you want to go.

Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and deeply human. You don’t have to show up with everything figured out—you just have to show up.
